Sourdough loaf

Made with a blend of Shipton Mill’s white and stoneground wholemeal flour with a touch of organic spelt, our sourdough is slow-fermented, using traditional methods that enhance flavour and nutritional values. Expect an intense crust and a moist and chewy texture. Just like a sourdough loaf should be.
